What People Say About Doggies for Dementia Foundation
Testimonials are essentially what people say about us. I often forget to ask to record a testimonial even though our clients gush about their experiences. We are often so excited and touched by our sessions for Doggies for Dementia Foundation that I often forget to grab a few testimonials. Most Doggies for Dementia Foundation photo sessions involve two sessions-the initial session with the family and their dog and then a few weeks later I return to show them their photos. We call this the “Reveal.” Sometimes the Reveal is even more emotional than the initial photo session with family and dog. Some Reveals are private and some are more public.

Doggies for Dementia Foundation-Leaving a Legacy
We are proud to help families create and leave a legacy. In addition to the photo sessions, we enjoy getting to know our families. We have a conversation about their living with dementia, caregiving, and whatever it is they want to share. I have very little agenda because this is for the families. Portions of their story will be included in posts, blogs, and elsewhere. Families are gifted the video recordings including a video-slideshow and matted photos. Many tell me it’s the memories of the sessions that mean the most.

Raise Awareness
Doggies for Dementia believes that the more that’s known about dementia, the less fear and the more compassion and kindness there will be in the world. We want the public to see what dementia is about and the very unique and special families learning to live with it. Therefore, family video slideshow and images will be shared with respect and compassion on social media and Doggies for Dementia’s website, YouTube channel, newsletter, and other similar venues. Our goal is for your photos and video slideshow to go viral and get a lot of attention. The more it is seen, the more we can all learn about living with dementia.
