I love this episode with Autumn Schulze, and I think you will too! We know of the wonders of modern medicine. We also know it is often not enough. Certainly in the case of dementia, modern medicine hasn’t provided a cure or even a clear cause and the numbers impacted continue to grow. It’s no secret that the better we take care of our bodies, the better they will “work.” While we are familiar with many of the natural ways of achieving health via diet and exercise, there is a whole universe of plant based miracles out there. We just need to remember, any medicine, any food or regime can be a miracle and can also be poison. So how do you know what might work for your body, how much to take, when to take it, what are the alternatives and what are potential problems? Like everything else, we seek out experts!
