Changes for Doggies for Dementia Foundation

 

💜 Doggies for Dementia Foundation has decided to transition away from being a 501c3 nonprofit organization. There are a variety of factors and rest assured this was not an easy decision.  Moving forward, we remain committed to honoring individuals impacted by dementia through the art of photography.

If dementia has affected you or a family member, and you’re interested in a photo session with a professional photographer, kindly reach out to us via our contact page. While we know of photographers in different states, we cannot guarantee a perfect match.   Cost will be negotiated between photographer and family.

If you are a family previously photographed as a part of Doggies for Dementia Foundation, you should’ve received an email with further instructions. If not, please email Carmen [email protected].

We, the Executive Growth Team (Board of Directors) have loved every minute of service toward our mission to reduce stigma for those impacted by dementia. We are in awe of the strength and courage of the families we photographed.  We gained so much simply by being in your presence and having the honor of sharing your stories.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce our decision to dissolve Doggies for Dementia Foundation as a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
